- Three nights minimum stay required in-season if your reservation includes Friday and Saturday nights.
- Deposit of one night’s stay required for all reservations.
- Deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is made less than 10 days prior to arrival.
- A $40 non-refundable fee will be charged if reservation is cancelled 10 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival.
- Balance of stay is payable upon arrival.
- No refunds or adjustments will be made for early departures.
- All room charges are subject to 9.7% room occupancy tax.
- Personal checks will be accepted for deposit only if received two weeks or more prior to your arrival.
- Personal checks are not accepted at check-in time.
- We accept most major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy:
No refund on reservations unless a cancellation notice is received by 4:00 PM local time 72 hours before the scheduled date of arrival.
